 NOELLE B. FISCHER, is an associate at LaMonica Herbst & Maniscalco, LLP (the “Firm”). During law school, Noelle was a staff member on the Hofstra Labor Law Journal from 1995 through 1997, and a member of the Dean's list of Distinguished Students from 1995 through 1997. After law school, Noelle worked as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, Region II, from 1998 through 2002.
