Jacqulyn S. Giunta, is an associate at LaMonica Herbst & Maniscalco, LLP (the “Firm”) and joined the Firm in 2008. Prior to joining the Firm, Jacqulyn received a LL.M. degree in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.  In addition to her in-depth course work, Jacqulyn wrote a thesis exploring Section 1126(e) of the Bankruptcy Code and what it means to vote with a “lack of good faith”. While in law school, Jacqulyn was a member and editor on the Journal of Legal Commentary, where her student note was selected for publication.
