Holly R. Holecek is an associate at LaMonica Herbst & Maniscalco, LLP (the “Firm”). During law school, Holly was extremely active in the Moot Court Honor Society as an executive board member and a National Team member. In 2007, she received a perfect score in the preliminary rounds and was the Fourth Best Advocate (out of 60) at the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare and Adoption Law. She was also honored as Best Advocate in the 2005 Rev. J. Tinnelly Moot Court Competition. In addition, Holly was active in the Bankruptcy Society and served as its Vice President for 2006-2007. Before joining the Firm as an associate, Holly was the Firm’s first paralegal in 2002 and continued to work as a law clerk while earning her J.D.
