JOSEPH S. MANISCALCO
is a partner and co-founder of LaMonica Herbst & Maniscalco, LLP (the “Firm”). During law school, he interned for the United States Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, Eastern District of New York. He also served as a legal advocate for the Unemployment Action Center at Hofstra School of Law representing indigent clients in actions seeking unemployment benefits. After law school, he joined Jaspan Schlesinger Silverman & Hoffman (“JSS&H”) as an associate in their bankruptcy department. In 1998, he left JSS&H and started the Firm.
