Shannon Anne Scott, is an associate at LaMonica Herbst & Maniscalco, LLP (the “Firm”) and joined  the Firm in 2006.  During law school, Shannon was a member and an articles editor of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights.  After law school, from 2003 and 2004, Shannon served as a law clerk for the Honorable William C. Hillman, United States Bankruptcy Court, Boston, Massachusetts.  Prior to joining the Firm Shannon worked at the law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP as an associate in its bankruptcy and commercial litigation department, representing creditors’ rights.
