Adam P. Wofse is Of Counsel to LaMonica Herbst & Maniscalco, LLP (the “Firm”). During law school, Mr. Wofse interned for the Office of the New York State Attorney General in the Real Property and Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureaus. After law school, Mr. Wofse focused his practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and residential real estate. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wofse was a partner at Jaspan Schlesinger Hoffman LLP, in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group, where he represented debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, Chapter 7 trustees and Chapter 11 operating trustees. Mr. Wofse continues to practice in these same areas at the Firm.
