HOLLY R. HOLECEK is a partner at LH&M. Holly represents Chapter 7 trustees, Chapter 11 operating trustees, creditors and debtors in business and personal bankruptcy cases. Holly received her J.D. from St. John’s  University School of Law where she was the recipient of the full academic St. Thomas More Scholarship. During law school, she was extremely active in the Moot Court Honor Society as an executive board member and a National Team member. In 2007, she received a perfect score in the preliminary rounds and was the Fourth Best Advocate (out of 60) at the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare and Adoption Law. She was also honored as Best Advocate in the 2005 Rev. J. Tinnelly Moot Court Competition. In addition, Holly was active in the Bankruptcy Society and served as its Vice President for 2006-2007. Before joining LH&M as an associate in 2007, Holly was the firm’s first paralegal in 2002 and continued to work as a law clerk while earning her J.D.
